Elizabeth is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs to NLSLA; developing talent management strategies (i.e., recruitment, hiring, training, professional development, workforce planning); and organization development and change management.
Sharon recruits legal and non-legal volunteers, directs the placement of pro bono cases, and develops pro bono partnership opportunities with various partners, including law firms, in-house legal departments, law schools, and bar associations.
Brian is responsible for managing the team responsible for contributions from individuals, law firm, and the business community.
Lynne has more than 14 years of non-profit business management and accounting experience. Lynne has been a part of the NLSLA executive management team since 2006, and has been a planning member of the Management Information Exchange (MIE) Administrators Conference Committee since 2009.
Katie oversees all of the organization’s health-related programs, including the Health Consumer Center as well as the Medical Legal Community Partnership program.
Caron is responsible for writing grants, overseeing the annual Performance review process, and coordinating with a team of advocates to create NLSLA’s Centralized Intake structure.
David oversees the training and mentoring of NLSLA attorneys and co-counsels on a variety of cases throughout the organization’s substantive areas.
